Aday makalenin hakem sürecinin başlatılabilmesi için, dergi yazım kurallarına ve şablonuna göre yazılmış olması, etik kurul raporunun, benzerlik raporunun ve telif hakkı formunun imzalanarak sisteme yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Telif hakkı devir formunun sorumlu yazar tarafından imzalanarak sisteme yüklenmesi yeterlidir. Telif hakkı formunun imzalanması ile yazar/lar makaleleri ile ilgili tüm mesuliyetin kendilerine ait olduğunu, yazılarından oluşacak etik ve bilimsel konularla ilgili sorumluluğu kabul ve beyan etmektedirler. Ayrıca yazar/lar gönderdikleri makalenin herhangi bir yerde yayınlanmadığını, birden fazla dergiye aynı anda gönderilmediğini de kabul etmiş sayılırlar.

In order for the referee process to be initiated, the candidate article must be written according to the journal writing rules and template, the ethics committee report, similarity report and copyright form must be signed and uploaded to the system. It is sufficient for the copyright transfer form to be signed by the responsible author and uploaded to the system. By signing the copyright form, the author(s) accept and declare that all responsibility for their articles belongs to them and that they accept and declare responsibility for ethical and scientific issues that may arise from their articles. In addition, the author/s are deemed to have accepted that the article they have submitted has not been published anywhere else and has not been sent to more than one journal at the same time.
